Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skillifly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Account Registration

To use certain features of Skillifly, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Skillifly only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Skillifly systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Skillifly. By posting content, you grant Skillifly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your portfolio as part of the Service. All Skillifly branding, themes, and platform code remain the exclusive property of Skillifly.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of Skillifly require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You may cancel your subscription for a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase by sending an email to support@skillifly.cloud. Outside of this 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Limitation of Liability

Skillifly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skillifly in the 12 months preceding the claim.
